 Bring us your buyer to apply for a one time construction loan. If they have a prequalification with a company that does construction loans, we may use them as well. ARC, LLC is an approved Veterans Administration loan builder.   We accept prequalification letters for USDA, both direct and guarantee, FHA, VA and conventional loans.  

ARC pays industry standard buyers agent commissions. Ranging from 2.4 to 3% of the sales price for our land home packages, not $500 referral fees that take months. Use one of our one time close construction lenders and get paid on a signed contract 30-45 days on average (depending on availability of a current septic permit). If it’s our land, we pay on the whole project including the home. Buyers are not limited to just our land. If it’s an outside land sale, you’ll collect from that seller, but still get paid for the home sale at the land closing using the one time close feature.  

ARC,LLC is a licensed NC General contractor for residential and commercial building with 30 years experience in construction, finance and property sales. That means we handle it all from trees to keys. We do the leg work to get the permits for the project. We do the site visits with the buyer and help them with the home selection process from budgeting to full decor and color selections. We make it easy for you.
